Terms of Service

• Central, we, us, or our means the operator of Central Bot and affiliated Central services.
• Bot means the Central application provided through Discord.
• Website means centralbot.xyz and managed subdomains.
• Guild means a Discord server that installs or uses Central.
• Premium means paid or promotional enhanced functionality.

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. If you configure Central for a Guild, you represent that you have permission to do so.

Guild administrators are responsible for configuring Central appropriately, informing their members where required, and using moderation and logging features lawfully.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Central for lawful Discord-related operations while you comply with these Terms.

• Do not use Central for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, evade limits, or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or commercially exploit Central except where applicable law permits or we provide written authorization.
• Do not use Central to harass others or circumvent Discord or Guild moderation systems.
• Do not distribute scams, phishing, deceptive promotions, illegal content, or harmful material through Central.

Central processes account, Guild, usage, diagnostic, moderation, and module-specific data to provide and protect the service. The Privacy Policy explains the categories, purposes, retention, deletion workflow, and your rights.

Guild administrators determine many moderation and logging settings. Content and records generated through those settings may be visible to authorized Guild staff.

A verified deletion request may delete eligible data, pseudonymize shared history, and retain limited moderation, security, legal, and accountability records.

Completion permanently suppresses the Discord account from ordinary Central use. Dashboard login is denied and requester-originated Bot functionality is ignored. Deletion does not prevent Central or Guild staff from applying anti-abuse, anti-ping, moderation, blacklist, or security controls, and necessary enforcement records may still be created and retained.

Deletion may remove Premium assignments, linked accounts, preferences, and other functionality data. Once removed, those features and entitlements cannot be used through the suppressed account. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

• Premium features remain subject to these Terms and may change in scope or availability.
• You may not resell, transfer, or redistribute Premium unless Central expressly permits it.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where Central approves a refund for a confirmed service issue.
• Access may be suspended or revoked for fraud, chargebacks, misuse, deletion suppression, or violation of these Terms.

Central supplies tools, but Guild owners and staff control their rules and many moderation decisions. Central is not responsible for a Guild's independent decisions, content, staff conduct, or configuration.

Discord, Roblox, payment providers, and other integrations are third-party services governed by their own terms. Central is not responsible for third-party availability or conduct.

Central is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, pricing, or service access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect Central, its users, Guilds, third parties, or legal compliance. Reasons may include misuse, fraud, harmful activity, service disruption, or violations of these Terms or Discord's rules.

Privacy-request suppression is distinct from disciplinary suspension: it exists to honor the user's request not to continue ordinary service processing while preserving necessary enforcement capabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Central is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, third-party conduct, Guild decisions, unauthorized access, data loss, integrations, giveaways, or user-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. We may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
