Terms Of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Central Bot ("the Bot" or “Central”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Bot.

2. Use of the Bot

  1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot, unless authorized and supervised by a legal guardian (as per Discord's ToS).

  2. License

    Central grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bot per these Terms.

  3. Prohibited Actions

    You agree not to:

    • Violate any laws or regulations.
    • Use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Bot.
    • Abuse or exploit any bugs or errors of Central, Central Utilities, or any other Central Bot asset.
    • Make any false claims about issues within the Bot, Discord Support Server, or any other Central Bot asset to cause difficulty on or waste staff member's time.

3. Bot Content

  1. User Content

    You are solely responsible for any content you generate or share using the Bot.

  2. Ownership

    Central retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the Bot.

  3. Your Content

    When you upload content to Central, you grant us a license to do the following with your content:

    • Store the URL of media files for future use.
    • Release the stored data privately to our staff team.

    1. Content Release

      Content uploaded to Central will not be released to anyone (except members of your server) without the uploader's consent.

    2. Content Deletion Request

      To request a deletion of your content, contact our Discord Support Server. Doing so will result in the removal of bot functionality from your account.

4. Privacy

  1. Data Collection

    Central may collect and store user data to improve and enhance the Bot.

  2. Security

    While we take measures to protect data, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through the Bot.

5. Premium Terms & Conditions

  1. Acceptance

    By purchasing premium, you agree to comply with and be bound by these and general Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not purchase or use Central or Central's Premium services.

  2. Termination

    In accordance with Section 6. Termination, Central holds the right to terminate your access to premium at any point for any reason. Reselling any forms of premium will result in the immediate termination of your purchase and use of the bot.

  3. Refunding

    Central will not refund any purchases made. Once the payment for premium has been received, we reserve the right to use the funds for any purpose.

6. Termination

Central reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot for any user violating these Terms, without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms

The Executive Team may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

8. Disclaimer

The Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties. Central is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed per the laws of the United States of America.
