Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Central Bot collects, why we use it, how long it is retained, and what happens when you submit a data-deletion request.

Last updated July 15, 2026

A completed deletion request permanently disables ordinary Central Bot and dashboard use for that Discord account. Limited moderation, security, and accountability processing may continue so deletion cannot be used to evade enforcement.

1. Scope and definitions

This Privacy Policy applies to Central Bot, centralbot.xyz, and services operated under the Central brand.

  • Central, we, us, or our means the operator of Central Bot and its affiliated services.
  • Bot means the Central application made available through Discord.
  • Website or dashboard means services provided through centralbot.xyz and managed subdomains.
  • Guild means a Discord server using Central.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, Central may process:

  • Discord account data: Discord user ID, username, avatar, guild membership, roles, and permissions.
  • Guild data: configuration, enabled modules, role and channel IDs, command preferences, and server-specific settings.
  • Usage and diagnostic data: commands, interactions, timestamps, error details, and aggregate service statistics.
  • Moderation and accountability data: infractions, moderation cases, blacklists, appeals, staff-management records, shifts, approvals, and dashboard audit actions.
  • Optional integration data: information needed for features you choose to connect, such as Roblox verification or Premium billing.
  • Support data: information you provide in support tickets and privacy requests.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Bot and Website.
  • Authenticate dashboard users and determine guild permissions.
  • Operate moderation, automation, staff-management, verification, and Premium features.
  • Prevent abuse, enforce restrictions, investigate incidents, and preserve operational accountability.
  • Respond to support, access, export, correction, objection, and deletion requests.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on providing the requested service, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Central, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where we specifically request it.

4. Retention

  • Transient account and functionality data, including dashboard guild caches, OAuth tokens, preferences, and verification sessions, is retained only while needed and is deleted when an eligible deletion request is completed.
  • Guild configuration is generally retained while the guild uses Central or until an authorized guild administrator removes it.
  • Usage and shared-history records may be retained in pseudonymized or minimized form for statistics, reliability, and continuity.
  • Moderation, safety, and accountability records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary, including indefinitely where an identifier remains necessary to enforce restrictions, preserve case history, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.
  • Deletion-suppression records retain the Discord ID and limited request metadata indefinitely so Central can honor the request, deny dashboard access, and prevent ordinary service data from being collected again.

5. Data-deletion requests and permanent suppression

You may request deletion through Central Support. We may ask you to verify control of the Discord account before processing the request.

Central applies the following order based on the purpose and sensitivity of each record:

  • Retain records that remain necessary for moderation, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or accountability.
  • Pseudonymize or minimize shared records when their operational value can be preserved without ordinary attribution. A stable non-public replacement identifier may be used to preserve counts and relationships.
  • Delete eligible account, cache, credential, integration, preference, Premium-assignment, and temporary records.

After completion, Central stores a permanent suppression entry. Dashboard sign-in is denied before Discord guild or OAuth data is cached, and requester-originated commands, interactions, reactions, joins, and ordinary modules are ignored.

Suppression does not disable moderation or security. Staff-initiated moderation and enforcement-only features, including anti-ping, may process the Discord ID and create a moderation case. These records are retained under the moderation and safety exception above.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection. Some rights are subject to exceptions, including the rights and safety of others, moderation integrity, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

If we decline to delete specific information, we will explain the categories retained and the reason where appropriate. Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law.

7. Service providers and third parties

Central may use service providers for hosting, databases, caching, monitoring, error tracking, payments, and API integrations. Discord processes information under its own policies. Roblox and payment providers receive information only when you use the related integration or purchase flow.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Security

We use access controls, monitored administrative access, encrypted transmission, credential protection, and operational review to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Age requirements

Central is not intended for anyone below Discord's minimum permitted age or the minimum age of digital consent in their jurisdiction. Do not use Central if you do not meet those requirements.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Central changes. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. We may provide additional notice through our Website or Discord community when a change is material.

11. Contact

Questions, complaints, and privacy requests can be submitted through Central Support.
